Use of Collected Fees

Mammoth utilises the fees collected from the platform to support its growth, sustainability, and the value of the $TUSK token. Here's how the collected fees are used:

  1. Marketing

    • A portion of the fees is allocated to fund marketing efforts

    • This helps grow the Mammoth platform and attract new users

    • Marketing initiatives may include advertising, partnerships, and community events

  2. $TUSK Token Buyback and Burn

    • The remaining portion is used to buy back $TUSK tokens from the open market

    • Bought back tokens are then burned, reducing the total supply

    • This mechanism offers several benefits:

      • Potentially increases the value of remaining $TUSK tokens over time

      • Supports a price floor for $TUSK tokens

      • Rewards long-term holders by increasing token scarcity

      • Aligns incentives between the platform, users, and token holders

      • Introduces a deflationary aspect to $TUSK

      • Signals market confidence in the platform

The exact split between marketing and buyback/burn may vary and will be communicated transparently to the community. This use of fees aims to create a sustainable ecosystem that benefits all participants while supporting the long-term growth and value of the Mammoth platform.
